During your interaction with our products, we will further collect information such as your nickname, profile picture, country code, language preference or time zone in your account.

If you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account for login, we will obtain the account information you share (such as profile picture, nickname, and regional information) from the third party and bind it to your Wanpai Zhilian account for quick login. Feedback: When you use the feedback and suggestion functions in our products, we will collect your email address, mobile phone number and feedback content to handle your issues and device malfunctions in a timely manner.

Information collected based on the additional functions provided

To provide you with more convenient and high-quality products and/or services and strive to enhance your experience, we will collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the Wanpai Zhilian application and the Wanpai Zhilian wechat mini-program, but you will not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:

(1) Additional services based on location information:

When you authorize the system to enable the positioning function of your mobile device and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information to enable you to connect with smart devices through the Wanpai Zhilian application or the Wanpai Zhilian wechat mini-program. And when you use our specific products or services (such as weather services), based on your consent, we will collect real-time precise or imprecise geolocation information about you. You can turn off the location service in the system of your mobile device to stop us from collecting information about your location.

(2) Additional services based on cameras/webcams

After enabling the camera/webcam permission, you can use this function to scan the code to add the device you have purchased, shoot videos and other functions. Please be informed that even if you have agreed to enable the camera/webcam permission, we will only obtain information when you actively scan codes, take photos, or use the camera/webcam.

(3) Additional services for image/video access and upload based on photo albums (image library/video library) :

After enabling the album permission, you can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/videos to achieve functions such as changing your profile picture, reporting device usage issues and providing proof. When you use features such as avatars, we will not recognize this information. However, when you report a device usage issue, we will locate your problem based on the photos/images you upload.

(4) Additional services related to microphone-based voice technology:

After enabling the microphone permission, you can use the microphone to perform voice functions such as shooting videos and waking up voice assistants. During these functions, we will collect your voice information to identify your command requirements. Please be informed that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the App or record a video.

(5) Additional services based on storage permissions:

We are applying to you for this permission with the aim of ensuring the stable operation of the client. After you enable our permission to read from and write to your device's storage, we will read from or write necessary information such as pictures, files, and crash log information from your device's storage space to provide you with functions such as information publishing or recording crash log information locally.

(6) Additional functions based on message notification permissions:

We apply to you for this permission with the aim of pushing notifications about products or services to you, especially when you have purchased relevant services, we need to send you alerts so that you can capture the real-time status.

You understand and agree that the above-mentioned additional services require you to enable access permissions to your location information (geographical location), camera (camera), photo album (image library), microphone (voice), and internal and external storage on your device in order to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item in your device Settings and decide for yourself whether to enable or disable these permissions.

Please note that by enabling any permission, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. 2. Information we automatically collect

Mobile device information When you interact with our products, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and safeguard the security of your account, we will automatically collect mobile device information. Such as device model, IMEI, operating system, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log file and mobile network information. Meanwhile, we will collect your software version number. To ensure the security of the operating environment or as required for providing services, we will collect information about the mobile applications and other software you use.

Usage information: During your interaction with our website and services, we will automatically collect usage information related to visiting, clicking, downloading, sending/receiving messages, and other uses of our website and services.

Log information: When you use our application, system and exception logs will be uploaded, including your IP address, language used, version of the operating system, date or time of access, etc.

MAC address: When you interact with our smart devices, to ensure stable device connection and high-speed server response, we will collect the MAC address of your mobile phone.

IMEI: When you add our smart devices, to ensure the identification and addition of the devices, we will obtain the IMEI information of the devices.

List of specific types of sensors: When you add a device by scanning a code, to ensure the recognition of the QR code on the device, we will obtain the list information of specific types of sensors for the device.

Please note that individual device information and service log information cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.

3. Information related to smart devices:

Basic information of smart devices: When you use a smart device connected to our products or services, we will collect basic information about the smart device, such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information, etc.

Information reported by smart devices: Depending on the different smart devices you choose to connect with our products or services, we will collect information reported by your smart devices. For instance, smart cameras collect the images or videos they capture.

Bugly collects information: When you use our products, we also collect: log information (including: third-party developer custom logs, Logcat logs, and APP crash stack information), device ID (including: androidid and idfv), network connection information, system name, system version and country code.

Our service targets are mainly adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 but need to use this application, your legal guardian must read this statement together with you and obtain their consent. Information retention period
